About ME... I'm 22 years old, originally from a small town in Ohio. I have been living in NYC for the past 2 1/2 years now. This past February I decided to go on my first journey outside of the United States and I headed to Thailand where my intention was to go backpacking for the proceeding 8 weeks. As we all know, life never goes according to plan, and here I am in Thailand, where I have been living for the past 3 months. Since being here I have taken a Yoga Teacher Training Certification program and I am now a licensed instructor. I love new experiences and food and I'm open to trying anything once.

I'm on Couchsurfing because, as my time here in Thailand is coming to an end, I really do wish to continue my travels and have the opportunity to experience brand new places and encounter plenty more beautiful people that enrich my journey that much more.

兴趣

As previously stated, Yoga is a huge part of my life and my daily practice. Health and fitness are very important parts of my life. From eating properly, to receiving physical stimulation in all sorts of ways, running, weight training, dancing, what ever it may be. Meditation is something that is very important to me and I make strong efforts of making it apart of my day to day life. General interaction with the universe that surrounds us all, interests me greatly. From incredible human connections, to connecting with mother nature, I find these connections very powerful and a blessing daily.
