Teaching Portuguese or English if you want, or just practicing either one. I can speak a little Spanish too if you wish to just practice the conversation, I'm up for it! I really like yoga and I'm sure I wouldn't be able to instruct people haha but I do know the basic principles from the practice I've done, so maybe that could be something else. Other than that: smiles and interesting conversations, all kinds of help you might need at home (washing the dishes, cleaning, I can do all that, maybe cooking), good company.
