ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in small towns and that makes a lot of my personality. I'm a calm and positive person, I lived in big cities now but I still love to appreciate beautiful little things of life.

I started to travel in 2012 to see some concerts of bands that I love, and all the atmosphere and emotions that brings together so many different people for one purpose really fascinates me.

This year, 2014, I'm not planning going to concerts because I'm living as exchange student in Porto and I do love to travel now, so I'm spending my little money to know new places!

I made all my past trips alone and I love the adventure and the sense of growing that it brings. I want to keep travelling as long as possible, I deeply admire european people who had been in so many places because in Brazil the lifestyle is very very different, so I'd love to share travel experience and be inspired by other adventurers!

I can't easily start a conversation but I'm willing to change that :D I also like to think I'm organized and easy going person.

PHILOSOPHY

Do you know "The Little Prince" story? I've read it a hundred times and always discover something different. I have a tattoo from one of the book illustrations that represents the little prince going out of his little planet to explore the universe.
I believe that comes a point of the life when we have to get out of the comfort zone, walk through our fears and see the world with the eyes and heart of a traveler, the hapiness to be part of nowhere, without any kind of pre judgement or excuses.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I can't host any surfer, though I can walk around with you and help you to feel comfortable and in the mood with the city. I can't go with you to party hard because I don't really enjoy it. I can go to a nice dinner, pubcrawl, show you the beautiful city any time, help with public transportation and such :)

If you can host me, expect me to fit in your routine! I don't want to bother or disturv your life, if you want me to wake up and go out at 7am I will absolutely do that. I also don't intend to go to party or arrive late. I will totally respect your schedule and space.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Still newbie! But I do share bedroom and bathroom with a roommate so I'm familiar with common agreements and respect on living together.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I don't watch much movies but I like to go to movie teather at least once a month. Oh but my favorite movie is Wall-e :3

Music: Iron Maiden, Rammstein, Slipknot, Blind Guardian, Metallica, metal in general, classic rock, some punk rock like Green Day or The Offspring. But I can listen to anything apart from brazilian modern music.

Books: I'm only 22 so expect for Harry Potter for sure! Also, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, many Sidney Sheldon's books, A Song of Ice and Fire, Avengers comic books, The Little Prince, Into the Wild, travel guides.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel to another continet just to my beloved bands playing! I went alone and stayed in line all day to be at front row :D

The most amazing thing I've seen was the underwater! Beautiful sand and sealife untouched by mankind.

I have a Open Water Diver course and I can dive 30m deep :D I still didn't practice much but it's really great.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't know if I can really teach something! I can teach something about my country, language, maybe cook :D but I don't really feel important to teach something!
