Hi! I'm Camila from Argentina, but currently living in Spain. I love travelling and meeting people from all over the world. I have a love for learning pretty much anything- especially languages and how the world works. I love science (I'm a bit of a nerd, haha), I'm very curious, and I'm always trying to grow as a person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think travelling and getting to know people with different backgrounds and points of view is one of the best and most interesting things in life. It's something that motivates me every day.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Beatles and Queen are my two favourite bands, but I also love Argentine rock from the '60s and '70s, and lots of other genres.

I'm more of a series fan (my three favourite ones are Friends, Bojack Horseman, and This is Us), but if I had to choose a movie, I think La vita è bella would have to be my favourite.

The last few books I've read and loved were all about neuroscience and psychology: Determined by Robert Sapolsky, How Emotions Are Made by Lisa Feldman Barrett, and Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen two solar eclipses, one in Argentina (2020), and one in the US (2024). Both equally mesmerising and unique.
