Hello everyone! I'm a young Italian woman, I'm 24 years old and I live in Sicily, specifically in a wonderful city that is called Patti.
Last year I took my degree in Cultural Tourism and now I'm studying Foreign Languages, so I'd like to improve my English and my Spanish travelling around the world in this special way that Workaway offers.
I love pets, I have experiences with cats, dogs, tortoises, horses, rabbits, fishes, etc. I love hiking and trekking, and this is the reason why I'm an active member of an associaton (PFM - Progetto Futuro Migliore) that organises this kind of activities all around Sicily and promotes the respect for nature.
Two years ago I decided to make an experience that changed my life: I took part in the National Civil Service. It lasted only one year but that project allowed me to approach a new reality that was the disability on children. I spent whole afternoons with them to give them assistence and play as much as possible. I also organised charity events, provided assistance on ambulances and took care of elderly people.
This summer I worked for a B&B in Eolian Islands, so I have experience in reception, cleaning, gardening, organising breakfast, etc.
What more can I say?! I'm a sunny, correct and helpful person, and I always act in such a way as not to disappoint anyone who trust me.
