I studied sociology, but lately I’ve been working more with people than theories—volunteering, hosting community events, and exploring alternative lifestyles. I love soft acoustic music, French chanson (like Zaz and Ben Mazué), and lately I’ve been into artists like José González and Lianne La Havas. My favourite films are those with emotional depth—Amélie will always be close to my heart, and I also loved Nomadland. As for books, I read a lot of memoirs, poetry, and contemporary fiction. The Alchemist and L’Élégance du hérisson are two books that really shaped how I see the world.

In 2021, I lived for three months in a small ecovillage in the south of Portugal. We grew our own food, lived without Wi-Fi, and shared daily tasks as a community. It was challenging at first, but it became one of the richest and most grounding experiences of my life.

I’m calm, respectful, and happy to contribute however I can—cooking, cleaning, organizing, helping with pets or kids, or just being a warm presence in your home. I love to cook (especially vegetarian dishes and desserts!), and I’d be glad to share French recipes or language practice.
