Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now I'm on a big trip across Europe with one of m'y friend and we thought it was the perfect occasion to try CS for the first time! For now we've only tried it twice, but can't wait to have other experiences, I really think this is a wonderful concept and a great way to discover the world!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All positive! For my first CS experience I've been hosted in Belgium while travelling with a friend. We had an amazing time over there and this experience convinced me I should definitely try to get more involved into CS!

I also had another nice experience on the same trip when I've been hosted by a very kind student in a town in Greece!

Interests

I'm crazy about music, I would probably eat it if it was possible (wait here, I'm not psycho, just really passionnate)! In fact, I really like arts in general : music, movies, visual arts, theater.

I also enjoy outdoor activites : canoeing/kayaking, skiing, camping.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen to almost any kinds of music, but mainly indie and folk. I've played piano for about 4 years, now I've stoped, but every time I look at scores, I'm telling myself I should play again soon.

Movies: I'm very open to different kinds of movies from different countries : "Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain", "L'Auberge Espagnole", "Inch'Allah", "Into the Wild", "Holy Motors", "L'Artiste", and the list could go on, I really like cinema too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hummm this is not an easy one!
I would say I'll always remember this picnic I had with my family in the middle of the ruins of the king's bedroom of a big Cathar castle which was on thé top of a mountain in France, it was quite impressive to be there!

Oh! And I also ride a camel and slept one night in the middle of Sahara desert during my last trip to Morocco!! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I truely love my first language (which is French) and would be very glad to share it with anybody who would like to learn it. I could also show you to juggle if you want!

Learn: I would like to learn Italian! I also like cooking and would love to learn recipes from everywhere. In fact, I would like to learn about everything I don't know for now, I think every learning is interesting and could be useful one day!
