Want to show Martin - my companion and fellow traveler - what my childhood country, China, looks like!

ABOUT ME

We are traveling around China, going back to the places I've lived in as a kid. From Beijing to Chengdu, Wuhan and Shanghai, we will only travel by train.
We are fun people, have been together for four years and it was about time we came back to my roots! We love to sing and dance, have nothing against karaoke, or bars. We are also here for the food, so round tables and exchanges of Baijiu shots in restaurants are our thing. Finally, tips for what is nice to see can be good (the last time I went to China was four years ago and I know that China changes fast!). Finally, Martin speaks perfect English (his mom is Irish), good Spanish and a little bit of Arabic. I speak good English, and Mandarin Chinese. Of course we both speak French !
We are looking to meet other poeple that, like us, like to travel, share experience (and a drink!) :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We will bring French things from our region that you will (hopefully) like, good conversation, good mood, Martin plays the guitar so we can even be an entertainment!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None, but hopefully soon we will have a lot of experience in that area!

The Great Gatsby, poems by Ted Hughes, we also like to watch a lot of foreign movies (French cinema tends to be a bit depressing!), such as "Une Rupture", "the Guard". Music-wise: let's say that everything and anything is of our taste: right now, it is Jim Croce and Fabrizio Di André.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I put a whole packet of Fisherman's Friends in my mouth (and it felt like hell) - that's Martin of course. He was also present on Tahrir Square in Cairo the day of the Egyptian Presidential electionsn and visited a camel-market in the Nile Delta
Camille has also cuddled a panda in Chengdu when she was a kid. But she has Martin now ;)
