Colombian, 21 years old. Make my bed everyday. While I am traveling I try to be as active, patient, focused and open-minded as possible. I read the news everyday. I like sports and enjoy meal with wine when its possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host people in my apartment in Bogotá, Colombia. As I am an AIESEC member, I try to be as receptive as possible with tourists. I would tell you where to go in Colombia, what to try and if I have the time (and money) I would also go with you around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My host in Lucerne, Switzerland is a person we meet 13 years ago with my family. We had seen our faces twice in our lives and he invited me to stay at his place for vacations. With him, I have gone to museums, hiking, mountain biking and traveling around Switzerland. He has been my host for 2 months and I still got one more month here. I help him with buying sometimes food and cleaning the house. I don't want to be a burden for him, or anyone. My friend works everyday and I try to help him as much as I can at his place.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is my biggest passion. I mainly listen to classic rock but I enjoy any kind of live music: blues, jazz, electronic, classical. I am always in the mood to listen to some live music and dance the night away.
I like going to expositions, and I am always happy to watch a nice movie.

Movies: There are a lot of movies I enjoy but here are some I liked the most: Forest Gump, Life is Beautiful, Back to the Future, Batman: The Dark Night, and The Terminal among others.

Music: Rock n Roll, Jazz, Funky, Metal, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and Electronic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Some of the most amazing things I have seen abroad in my life are the Swiss Alps (Switzerland), Los Andes Mountains (Chile - Argentina), Machupichu (Peru), Rome (Italy), Cinque Terre (Italy), Iguazu Falls (Brasil) and Luzern (Switzerland).

One of the thing I remember the most that I have done is hiking Mountain Riji in Switzerland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn about different cultures as much as I can. Trying new dishes, joining different activities and sharing experience with new people are some examples of my expectations. Therefore I am also willing to teach about colombian culture, music, dancing moves, food and life style.
