I'm a graduated student of Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, in Mexico, and I enjoy studying and learning more about the basis of life. That's why I've studied Genomics.

Nevertheless and waiting for my postgraduate studies, I'm doing environmental stuff in my work, taking care about social responsibility in private organizations.

I like this two concepts because the knowledge about molecules of life like proteins and genomes is really fascinating and allow us to create new tools for the benefit of human kind.

However, focusing on macro level, our social development sometimes disturbs the place where we are, and mitigate negative impacts is the purpose of social responsibility and is awesome too.

Well, I think I started talking about what I do instead of who I am. I'm a 23 year old woman, I try to be independent and I dream with traveling around the world but that's not usually possible because I haven't enough money.

I admire all of you people with all the experience you have accumulated by traveling and I'm glad that exist communities like Couchsurfing, thanks to it we can share our experiences and learn about different people, different lives, different points of view....

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

All started when I became part of the team Biomod UANL 2015.

Biomod means Biomolecular Design and it's an annual competition sponsored by Wyss Institute at Harvard University, in Boston MA. We are participating this year with a project about storage of digital information in the biomolecule DNA.

We are in a team of seven people, but it's me, so, I haven't enough money for the hotel. Therefore,I'm looking for temporary housing in the community CS, just a few days (3 nights in Boston) and, because I want to make the most of this travel, I wanna go to New York too, so I'm looking for housing also in NY, 3 more days.

In gratitude and back to the community, I offer my room in my house, I can sleep in the couch.
