Hello! I am currently on a East Coast road trip with my older brother. We were supposed to be on the Appalachian Trail for two weeks but had to get off early because of a knee injury. We are now trying to make up time while we wait for a family commitment at the end of the month.

Being on the trail meant not spending money but now we are off and trying to make the best of our time but also stay on budget.

I was first introduced to Couchsurfing via my fiancé who was is a host in Lubbock, Texas. Lubbock is a small, West Texas town with very few host options. Couchsurfing attracts a fun, like-minded crowd that I know I relate to. I hope once we have a spot of my own, we will open up our home to friends.
