ABOUT ME

I've decided this is the year when I stop wondering about life elsewhere and go find out for myself. I'm ashamed to admit that, until recently, the furthest I've traveled is to the resorts of Jamaica and Nassau. Having lived with families and made friends with people all throughout central Asia, I have no other word to express my feelings but humility and gratitude, both towards the kindness and hospitality of strangers I've met as well as a new found gratitude towards my own country and the opportunities it gives that I'm finding more and more are very rare. This includes so many small things that I'd previously taken for granted. I cherish the friends I've made and I look forward to future travels.
