To survive on charm alone
I love sleeping in after most people would consider it "late", eating sensational foods, drinking with a stranger to get to know them, watching the sun rise because i haven't been to bed, hot hot showers even in the summer, snow and that weird feeling in your stomach when a plane takes off.
Just a warning, I am painfully sarcastic sometimes... It doesn't always come off well in writing. No thats not true, it never comes off well in writing. So if I say something really weird, it is most often meant to be a joke. People who don't get that don't like me much. Its the price you pay for being hilarious I suppose. Hilarious AND modest
In the calming words of Douglas Adams, "Don't Panic!"
Street food interests me.
Great street food interests me even more.
It is a shame that the west doesn't have such a love affair with cooking things in unsanitary conditions in the street like those from the far east do. The greatest meal I have ever eaten was in the streets of Ha Noi. Sitting on tiny plastic stools, the aromas of the grilled meat balls as they gently floated into my face. Why did no one teach me growing up, that such simplicity could taste so good?
I've recently come to the conclusion that the fewer walls an establishment has, the better the food.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite book is Wayside Stories. Easy to read and about crazy kids and their silly adventures in thier crazy school.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I can remember being in the amazon in a 12 person long motor boat and it starting to rain, we all just jumped into the water and started swiming in the rain forest as it was raining, then later that night i got to handle and learn how to put an aligator to sleep.
I had a shave done on the side of the road in Vietnam. The barber then taught me how to use a straight edge razor, and I haven't gone back
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you sooo many useless anthropology facts. You will say to yourself, "Whoa, this guy sure knows a lot about the Korowai". And I will reply, "Yeah, they are super interesting, aren't they?"
The answer is yes. They are
