ABOUT ME

I'm an architecture student in Los Angeles, but I grew up about an hour south of San Francisco. All my life, I've been a California girl, but I'm studying abroad in Europe this summer for the first time and hoping to make some friends/partners-in-crime for adventures and shenanigans aplenty.

I'm also really interested in public transportation in cities outside of the United States, so show me your buses and trains! I started getting into transit through my studies, but now I just really want to see how they work.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short and the world is beautiful, but do what you can to make it a better place.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm hoping to start surfing in the next few months, but I should be able to host once I move back to Los Angeles at the end of August.

Interests

I'm interested in architecture, urban planning, hiking, drawing, photography, music (I play the drums, am learning the cello, and can carry a tune), and Capoeira - hopefully we can find some things in common to talk about!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite band has been King Crimson since high school, but I'm also especially fond of jazz, metal, hip-hop, and psychedelic music and always looking to discover more from any genre.

I'm currently reading the A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. Martin - yes, I got into it through the TV show. Also a fan of Vonnegut.
