About Me
Hi there! I am an 29 y/o argentine, and other than a traveler, I’m also an artist and do a bunch of art-related things (you can visit my instagram profile @candelariadeferrari, in case you are interested).
I’m an art, nature and animal lover. I also love books, music, good food and interesting conversations. I’m open minded, easygoing and chill. Honestly I’m not a party hard kind of person, but I am social, and very friendly. For me, balance is key: I value my alone and quiet time (and I respect others’s) yet I know how to combine that with my love for getting to explore new places, try new things and meet people that live life differently than me. When im traveling, I like to wonder around the new place as if I was a local, just walking, relaxing, observing the landscape around me and being open to meeting new people.
I’m currently living in my hometown Buenos Aires, Argentina. But the last time I had left my house for a big trip in March of 2020 I ended up locked in Barcelona by surprise because of COVID and without knowing anyone there and so I started using CS and Worldpackers to make my life. I love this platform and all the friends and wonders it has given me!
Things I will like to do with you if I host you, or you host me, or we hang out: do something typical from the place we’re in, eat local (veg) food, explore parks, forests, beaches, or any piece of nature around us, go to an open mic, to the movies, a museum, go dancing, or go to any art or cultural event, have nice conversations :)
Pd. If you are going to use CS as a dating / hooking up app, DON'T even talk to me. Thanks

— I shaved my entire head once, to 0, in 2013. I travelled to India that same day and people there confused me with a guy and took pictures of/with me. It was pretty funny and unique
— I once walked 5 hours alone on a highway just to go see a volcanic landscape (I know it’s not that crazy, but it was a highway people! It was unusual for sure. I was the only person there that wasn’t going by car, but that never stops the truly adventurer ;))
— I slept in a train station once, in the border between Czech Republic and Austria, with no city or town around, totally alone.
— I rode an elephant once, in India. It was cool in the moment but wouldn’t repeat it. I didn’t think of animal rights back then, but I do now!
— I rescued a cat from the streets and brought her back to health. I named her Saturnina🖤
— I participated in chamanic psychedelic ceremonies. Those stories totally require more than what i can put in a headline in social media.
— I had a cup of hot chocolate in an iconic café in Paris and fantasized about being a successful writer (hello profile picture!)
— I organized weird amazing nudist-artistic events in different parts of the world, always with strangers that mostly ended up being my friends
— I was in a teen band that never took off.
— I was in a radio teen group that also didn’t take off lol
— I appeared on TV, twice! Once as a kid in art class in primary school talking about my crush on jack sparrow 😅, then in spring day for the coverage of porteñan celebrations for a British show. I also appeared on the newspaper, once, for an interview about my photos :)
— I met people and made actual friends through CS. That in itself is pretty awesome to me
There are other stories, but I’d rather share them face to face!
Teach, Learn, Share
Things I can share or teach: Vegetarian recipes / photography technique / fashion and design / philosophy / non fiction classical books / anything, all we need is a committed and profound conversation then we can share, teach and learn together about almost anything
Things I’d like to learn: most things really, as long as the person who’s teaching is passionate, it’s easy to connect with interesting topics and the wonders of this life :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am very grateful and helpful to those who host me. I can cook (vegetarian - vegan), and my dishes have been very flattered. I am also a good conversationalist and very social. Can help with chores obviously :)
