I have been married to an incredible man for almost 12 years now, we run our own wildlife/conservation/tourism business together and both have such a love for people and the natural world that we live in.

I have a wonderlust for travel, learning about new cultures and discovering new beautiful places and their creatures.

We love people and I think the best way to really experience a place is through its people. It also seems to be such an incredible platform for making this big wide world a smaller place and building community and making friends and extended family... and a way for people to travel on a budget :)

Many many incredible encounters with Africa's beasties.. big and small :) on foot the most exhilirating way!
Just recently got qualified as a back up trails guide, learned how to use a rifle, had some beautiful experiences on foot with lion, elephant, rhino and buffalo... and brown hyena!!!
Squeeled with delight on a beach in Cape Town as the magical bioluminescent electric blue waves crashed on the shore (this is is a MUST see in your lifetime . . . google it!)
Hiking an active volcano at night to find "living dinosaurs" (three horned chameleons).
Meeting people from all around the world and sharing life together.
