CURRENT MISSION

After leaving Edinburgh after 2 years on a work and holiday visa at the start of November 2016, I plan to travel as much of Europe as I can before heading home to Australia. The only difference is I somehow thought it would be a good idea to cycle around with all my stuff. I'm hoping to stay in the Mediteranian, as my first stop in Amsterdam is colder than I thought. I will have a bike and bike bags with me....

ABOUT ME

I was living in Edinburgh since late April 2014, and absolutely loved it there! I got to see as much of Scotland as I could. Now it's time to see more of Europe from Novemeber 2016. My interest in cycling has lead me to try cycle touring around Europe, unfortunately during winter time- not the best time I'm finding!

I'm easy going, I don't like to plan too much, but see where I end up. I put it down to my star sign- being a Libra, we are incapable of making decisions!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I can't host, I like to attend the weekly meetup drinks- back in Melbourne and here in Edinburgh. I have meet some great people from these events. Also a great place to find people for road trips :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experiences were as a surfer through Canada, Alaska, and South America. Great experiences had with all hosts. Hoping to return the favour while in Edinburgh when possible.

The journey I am on at the moment, has amazed me many times, from actually living out a dream and from the most wonderful people I have met to make it so special, little acts of kindness from strangers has blown me away.
