Age is only a number. I am a very passionate person with a huge heart for helping the needy. I am a mother of 4 stunning children. They are grown up and out the house so i thought i'd leave the house too...and come to Zanzibar for the next chapter of my life :)

To meet and mingle with Beautiful Zanzibar locals. Couchsurfing is a phenomenal way to intergrate with Zanzibarians and learn their rich colorful joyfull culture :)

My all time favorite music is music that Worships God. i also enjoy Regae and Jazz.

My best Movie is Braveheart. Also enjoy Crime and Forensic investigation movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took an orphan off the streets of Eastern Cape South Africa, I had to teach him English before i could home school him. I fell in love with this child (Renaldo). Renaldo did not even know his own age, we found out 2 years later that he was 9 years old when we met and had been on streets from about the age of 4. Finally all with Gods help we got Renaldo back into government school and a lovely childrens home with a very very loving housemother. He had to start from grade 2 again at the age of 11 but after 4 months they skipped a grade and put him in grad 4 because he is such a clever young man. My children and i taught him to play chess and within 3 weeks he was making us sweat bullets!! LOL

Because of Renaldo i want to do the same all over the World for our Precious children that have been cast aside by society and life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach, English, Cooking, Swimming, Biblical History, Arts and Crafts and South African Cooking.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Although i dont have qualification on paper, i can teach anyone to read and write in English. I can also teach arts and crafts to do with tree stumps and big logs. You will be astounded at the end product. I can teach South African cooking too. This can be used as a means to earn income. I can teach gardening and basic survival skills for life too.
I want to share all my Love and Strength with those in need, and for those not in need, it will just be overflow for them then :)
but the biggest and best thing i can share with anyone, is T.I.M.E. and L.O.V.E
