ABOUT ME

My name is Benjamin Wong and I work as a legal practitioner. I enjoy meeting new people and travelling around the globe. I have had many opportunities to meet people with different nationalities thanks to my parents for providing me the best until today, through which I was able to learn from all the cultural differences and the multicultural ethnicity in my country and also internationally which helps me to get along well with people in this world.

PHILOSOPHY

Optimism is the best medicine that one could have.
Money can't buy the real satisfaction unless you have been truthful to yourself.
Egoist will never be welcomed to my house as they should be enjoying their 5 stars luxury hotel instead of CS-ing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As you can see, I have joined CS since 2007. Its been really tremendous journey. Since then, I have completed my degree and currently working in KL, I am able to support myself better and purchased a condominium at Ampang, which is 10 mins away from KLCC. I rented out 2 rooms to my friends and I can only provide you with quality couches for overnight. Anyway, too comfortable will destruct the meaning of CS. Hope you will enjoy my host and be really kind towards my tenants. =)

I am a dedicated person and I am the only child in my family. I enjoy reading and travelling, the knowledge and perspective that my interest strengthened my general knowledge and how I see the world as one. I have been travelling alone to different countries, and I attribute this success to my ability to plan, schedule, and handle these adventure well.

Travelling solo within my country, Penang and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is tremendously adventurous and self-fulfilling.
Went to England for my degree in Law and had traveled many places within the European region. Able to communicate in English, Chinese, Malay-Indonesian languages helped me to broaden my vision towards the world, hence travelling to Jakarta last October 2014 made me realised that the importance of languages.
