I live in a house with 5 bedrooms with only 25-28 years old roomates, so the environment may not be the best for too young children, specially in the weekends when we through parties, the house its right next to the subway station so you wont have a transportation issue, you can stay either in my room or any other that is not being used by its owner, in any couch, in any free space in the house, or anywhere else you want if you are not picky, thats why i set the people to 15 cause its the maximun the app allows. You can use everything i have, the kitchen, laundry, and any other space, i have parking for 8 cars, gay friendly
