Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was originally introduced to couch surfing in 2005 or 6 with a friend, we stayed at various couches on a road trip. I have met some really great people over the years.

Interests

I enjoy hiking and camping. Nothing to agressive these days, I'm slow, I like to take my time and enjoy just being. I also really like scuba diving. It's about the most surreal thing I've ever done. I try and do at least one god scuba trip a year. Also, as a big nerd, I am an electronic and home automation hobbyist.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm currently taking piano lessons, but alas, I'm not very good. I do keep trying though.

As far as movies go, I don't really go see movies that often. I don't even really watch them at home. I much prefer watching tv shows. They are shorter per ep, but as a whole, when you find a good one, you can watch it for some time. As such, I am a netflix addict.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everywhere I have been has been different and awesome. There is just too much of the world to see, and I've only seen a fraction. As far as some of the best, that would have to be Darwin island in the Galapagos, most amazing scuba diving ever.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Bahamas, Belgium, Canada, Ecuador, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Peru, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
