ABOUT ME

I'm a 25 year old student that recently graduated with my MS in Mechanical Engineering. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and I never left Southern California until I was 21 when I went to Hawaii after my undergraduate studies. I fell in love with the culture and loved to experiment with food -- even sour poi. Raised by Cantonese immigrants, I would basically eat anything and everything and loved to experiment when I traveled.

I decided to go to Austin, Texas without any friends or family there for my graduate studies since I wanted to meet new people and be exposed to a different American culture and fell in love. Not only have I met fellow students from different states and countries, but I've met directors of music festivals, band members, travelers and good ol' Texans.

It was after this experience I realized I love to learn from people with anything to teach and hear stories from people from different walks of life.

PHILOSOPHY

Running water never grows stale. So you just have to 'keep on flowing'.

Interests

Outdoors stuff, hiking, biking, running, snowboarding, longboarding, etc.

I love to go to shows (art and music), trying out new foods and generally meeting new people.
