Overview
About Me
As with everyone, I'm full of oxymorons. A talkative listener who gains energy from people (hence the supposed epitome of an extrovert) and yet loves alone time spent colouring and just gazing into the sea (or sky, or trees, or just nature essentially).
Some friends say I'm a plant because I love the sun.
Believer that good vibes beget good vibes.
Two quotes I love:
"The cure for anything is salt water. Sweat, tears, or the ocean." - Isak Dinesen
"You're only given a little spark of madness, you musn't lost it." - Robin Williams
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It may show that I've been on since 2010 but it's only now (2015) that I've added my profile and am embarking on this surf of couches. Hopefully, couchsurfing will let me get to know the countries I visit as more than just a random tourist.
Also, when I have my own home, I'd love to open it up to travellers to learn from them and view my own country through different eyes. For now, drop me a message and I'll be happy to show you around!
Interests
Anything arts related, especially theatre, dance and music.
Makeup is a thing I do too.
I love to cook and am always up to do so for/with others.
Currently picking up Iyengar yoga and have discovered a love for colouring.

Music, Movies, and Books
There are so many, it's tough to pick! So I shall just list out all that come to mind (and add on more as time passes):
The God of Small Things, Heart of Darkness, The Hobbit, Perfume: The story of a Murderer, Jeffrey Deaver, Criminal Minds, Brian Jacques, Drina Ballerina, anything but heavy metal, Wicked Aura Batucuda, etc etc etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Training to become an air traffic control officer is currently the worst thing I've ever been through and while I didn't continue with it, it'll always remain one of the hardest challenges and is therefore something amazing that I went through.
And hopefully the next thing will be skydiving in New Zealand!
Teach, Learn, Share
Cooking - Sharing and learning new recipes from all over the world would be fantastic.
Makeup - Would love the chance to work on different faces and hair while exchanging tips!
Yoga - always learning and growing.
Teaching English is up for grabs too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can make breakfast! and/or just basically be an awesome (and clean) guest :) Plus, I believe that bringing in and accepting good vibes can only lead to more good in the world.
