and a mix of them for training :)
From time to time also Psytrance, Goa and Progressive, especially Highlight tribe, Veni Vici and Shpongle.
And any more, as music shapes my regular day...

I also tend to listen to audiobooks in an addictive way until I switch back to music from time to time :)

I wish I could write here that I can cook for you, but if I am honest I am really not good at it. Not at all.
What I can offer is a good conversation. I really enjoy it to dig deep while talking, in order to get under the surface and maybe discover a new perspective, share experiences and learn from the reflection and comparison with others.
I will also try to spread some of my never ending motivation and positive view on almost everything :) Friends are telling me that I inspire them to do more for their dreams (which is the best compliment I ever got).
And of course - we can go climbing together :)
There I can probably teach you the most.
