Life is wonderful and I am passionate about exploring the delights of nature and living in harmony with all beings by maximising our compassionate qualities and minimising suffering.

I love to be outdoors and active as much as possible and adore the sunshine so it is never too hot for me! I also love to talk to anybody and everybody and truly believe each and everyone of us can learn from one another in ways we never can imagine.

I love to laugh and have a big smile on my face and if you catch me without one be sure to give me a good telling off!

I try to put good energy into everything I do and people spot me a mile off as I always have a bounce in my step! I live a yogic life and enjoy studying NATURAL medicine, wellness, ayurvedic/chinese medicine and diet, Tai chi, philosophy, psychology, learning Spanish and exchanging wholesome experiences learning about different cultures and ways of life.

I am always happy living the simple life among nature's treasures. I love to be by the ocean. I follow a life which is harmonious with nature and am truly grateful for each sip of water and taste of nature's fruits we are so blessed to be nurtured by.

I hope everyday I can bring smiles to people's faces through simple things like smiling and saying hello or dancing with children in the street.
