ABOUT ME

I am a simple person, what you see is what you get... down to earth, honest, laid back, just trying to find my place in this crazy, wonderful world... :) I love nature, the outdoors, adventures, relaxing, laughing, my friends, my family, to see and do things I've never done before, to dance (when nobody's watching!), thunder and lightening, swimming in the moonlight, walking in the rain... I love to learn and experience... what can you teach me?!

Life is made up of many small moments, learn to appreciate and enjoy every little one or life will pass you by...

Music - most things really, blues and roots, world music, jazz, into rock and punk music as well. I'm a sucker for anything with a good bass line!

Books - at the moment I'm reading books by Eckhart Tolle, Autobiography of a Yogi, The Molecules of Emotion, Spiritual Nutrition... would be happy for any suggestions of similar books if there are any that have inspired you?
