I became an avid traveler when I was 17 years old after completing a year long exchange program in Pedro Juan Caballero, Paraguay. Since then I have sought to save as many pennies as possible to continue exploring around the globe. It is a true gift (and very much a privilege) to travel and get to know our planet and its people.

Because the Couchsurfing community gives me hope for humanity. I've had some of the most beautiful and special exchanges and encounters while Couchsurfing. Afterall, life is all about sharing, right?
