ABOUT ME

I am an adventurer by heart, a scholar by mind and a faithful servant by soul. I love to try all things new and exciting. My personal motto is "I will try anything once as long as my moral fortitude is not in question." I am a devout Christian who understands God's law means love and be loved, NOT judge and be judged. I love people, ALL people, animals (not ALL animals, bugs kind of creep me out) and nature. I love to be active and I enjoy reading when I am not. And most of all, above all the activities I love to participate in, I love traveling most. I want to see it all before I go. No location is off limits. My favorite part of the Olympics is when all the nations march in during the opening ceremonies because I get to hear about places I have never heard of before. Thus, adding new places to my travel calendar!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My best friend Natalie and I couchsurfed for 30 days all over Europe in Sept. and Oct. of 2008. We were fortunate enough to find couches in all thirteen cities we visited except Prague. Our hosts were AMAZING! We would not trade our experience for anything. It was the most heart-warming, fun, adventurous, mind-blowing vacation that either of us have ever taken and we can't wait to do it again! Thanks CSers for making our time in Europe so awesome!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

See above! Oh, and if you need a couch in the Los Angeles area, please send me an email. I may not be able to host you, but I definitely want to meet for coffee or drinks! (I am in the middle of wedding planning, moving and traveling across the US...thus "Might not be able to host.")

Good Samaritans mail lost wallets across the pond. (Lost wallet in Dublin, received in the mail in Dallas, TX two weeks after we returned to the US!)
