ABOUT ME

The are two of us travelling around the world together or hosting travellers in our home.

Carina: I play roller derby with Crime City Rollers in Malmö and I love it! I am also a true scout at heart and mind and I would describe myself as friendly and creative (love spending endless time crafting, working with wood, sewing, painting and whatever that pops into my mind.

Ida (as described by Carina) is caring, funny, sensible (but not in a boring way, just not reckless), has good values and an insightful mind. An adventure with Ida is always fun, eventful and interesting. Ida has a thing for horses and loves bumping around on them, which she does with a passion and with grace.

We're both easy going, honest, open minded, love nature and to travel. We strongly dislike judgemental and narrow minded peeps, although we are firm believers that we are formed by our surroundings - we can all change for the better!

We both enjoy life through friends, listening and learning. Life is an long journey where we learn something new each day, all we have to do is open up our eyes, ears, heart and mind. We live for learning and love to live!

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others they way you wish to be treated by them! It is our belief that if we are kind to a stranger, then maybe this stranger repays the good deed to some other stranger and the good deed keeps on going.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We would like to travel more to see new sites, breathe new cultures, meet new people and have a lot of fun doing all of this at the same time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have stayed with people in Canada and all over the States as well as hosted good people here in Lund. We have mainly had only great eperiences through CS and we love the concept of this project.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Our life apart and together has so far given us so many golden opportunities and experiences. We spent the summer of 2009 road tripping in the US where we met so many wonderful amazing peeps.

Carina: My passion in life is Roller Derby: if you come when there is practice I'd love to have you come with and I'll show you the basics on the track. I love photography, let's go for a 'snap walk' with our cameras!

Ida: A big fan of gender and gender equality politics - why not take the opporunity to educate yourself or, or me for that matter, by exchanging new and interesting points of view :o)
