I have an adventurous heart, and a wanderlust that gets into my soul. For the past 7 years I've been teaching Robotics and Science education in Texas. I'm now taking the year to travel, and moving to Massachusetts late 2019.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been part of the couch surfing community since before there was even a dedicated website for it! Usually, I host people from out of town a few times a year that I meet in the most random situations. I love meeting people of different cultures and learning from them.

I love listening to music from different cultures and genres, although I never have been able to get that into rap.

I love historical fictions, biographies, and fantasy novels. My favorite childhood author is Tamora Pierce.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a great cook, and love to help fix things! I would be happy to practice English or Spanish with you, or spend am evening watching the kids. Very, ridiculously handy.

My fiance, Mitch, is an outstanding mechanic for Infiniti, and very handy as well. He is traveling with me while we are in Southeast Asia :)
