I am a driven, enthusiastic individual who likes to help others. I have a passion for the mental health field, particularly lived experience speaking and education. I am compassionate towards others, empathetic and I wear my heart on my sleeve. I like challenges, particularly ones that make me exceed my comfort zones. I feel going out of comfort zones is the only way to grow, learn new things and gain experiences you will never forget. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories and relaying back mine. Will try anything once. Very articulate and authentic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have an internship at a mental health organisation in Garden City, NY, in MAy, 2017. I will only be over for a few weeks, so would really like to stay with a local who can show me around. Its my first trip over seas so hoping someone can show me the ropes :)
