Hi I'm Nicole, I'm originally from Ecuador, but grew up travelling around a lot because my mom's a diplomat. I've lived in Washington DC, Ecuador, Guatemala, France, New York and Germany. I speak fluent English, Spanish and French and am learning German. I studied International Business at New York University and Commerce at a Business School in France. I'm easy-going, friendly and love meeting new people and exploring different places. I like to go out but not a huger partier, unless it's a music festival or special event in which case I bring out the party animal in me jaja. Oh and I say jaja a lot (it's a latin thing jaja) First time on Couch Surfing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've traveled a lot in my life, but never tried couch surfing. I've heard great things about it and decided to give it a try!

Interests

I'm an animal lover, specially dogs; I have a rescue of my own and she's the best. I LOVE food; I love cooking for family and friends, going out for dinner and trying all kinds of new food. I also love to travel of course!

Music, Movies, and Books

My musical tastes vary from Electronik music to Classic Rock to Latin Music to Pop to Disney songs jaja. I like comedies, horror and drama movies. My favorite book is probably The Secret.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done traveling wise... I don't think I could decide, but up on my list are:

Climbed to the top of the Mayan ruins in Tikal, Guatemala.
Swam with sharks and marine iguanas in Galapagos.
Explored ancient Egyptian temples and rode around in camels.
Went to Tomorrowland in Belgium.
Experienced living and working in Manhattan.
Walked around the favelas in Rio de Janeiro.
Had dinner in a bateau mouche as we floated down the Seine River in Paris.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have experience teaching English, Spanish and French. I can also teach some really good recipes if you like to cook or you can just eat too jaja. I really like yoga and would love to learn new techniques. I'm pretty open to learning anything new that's cool!
