I am a positive person, who loves travelling and enjoys a lot doing outdoors. Mountains and cold climates always get my heart but I am happy to be at the beach from time to time. Animal lover - I am vegetarian 🌱 - a conscious traveller, a sociable and friendly person.

Soy una persona positiva que ama viajar y disfruta mucho de las actividades al aire libre. Los paisajes montañosos siempre me cautivan y prefiero los climas fríos, sin embargo de tanto en tanto me permito disfrutar de alguna playa 😉 Soy vegetariana 🌱, viajera consciente y responsable.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started hosting people when I was living in Patagonia. It was a genuine interest in helping travellers. They introduced me to Couchsurfing and I joined in 2013 before starting a one year trip around Asia. It was my hope that I would get a richer experience by staying with local people or even meeting them for a few hours. And it did worked like that!

Comencé a alojar viajeros viviendo en Patagonia, gente que conocía en la ciudad o en mí trabajo con quienes simpatizábamos. Fueron ellos quienes me presentaron Couchsurfing y decidí crear un perfil antes de comenzar mi viaje de un año por Asia en el 2013. Esperaba poder enriquecer mi experiencia conociendo o contactándome con gente local, y realmente funcionó de ésa manera.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very positive! Couchsurfing has enriched my travel experiences amazingly. CS is a door to get to know people from all over the world and to be part of the "world's hospitality". It's nice to see that no matter where you go, there will be someone who is keen to help you and be part of your travel story.

Muy positiva! Couchsurfing ha enriquecido mi experiencia viajera significativamente. Es una puerta para conocer gente de todo el mundo y ser parte de la "hospitalidad universal". Es maravilloso ver que independientemente del lugar al que viajes siempre hay personas dispuestas a ayudarte y ser parte de tu historia de viaje.

° Working as a volunteer with children and refugee communities, was pretty amazing to me.
° Living in Australia for about three years offered me an insight on what being an immigrant means - issues to face and achievements.
° Hitchhiking 14000 kilometers in Asia was something incredible I have done too.

° Trabajar como voluntaria con niños y refugiados fue algo muy movilizante para mí.
° Vivir en Australia por aprox. tres años me permitió acercarme a los desafíos que transitan los inmigrantes, y también a entender cómo se viven los pequeños logros lejos de "casa".
° Recorrer 14 mil kilómetros a dedo por Asia fue increíble. Me enseñó mucho sobre ésos otros mundos que no se pueden conocer a través de la TV.

I enjoy sharing my passion for South America, teaching my language and customs. I have plenty of travel stories to share as well of past and current trips.
