I have a very small (2m/ 2m) room and a normal room ( 3m /3m)( little bit small ) for a host. Living in Zutphen. I will not always accept guests because I need my rest and am just not always there to recheive guests. Have a kitchen shared with me were you can prepare your food. Small old (54)house you can hear the neigbours very well. And will be renovated soon, just a street with houses 4 in a row as you have soo many in The Netherlands, Zutphen is a nice little town. It is a social neigborhood, just poor and simple life. Only have one bike you can use when I don t or rent one on the train station. And I can share a bit of my time, but also nice if you can enjoy yourself on your own.
