Sobre mí
Cooking school, an internship and back-breaking shifts at some restaurants made me realize that what I enjoy the most is the process of things (food). Currently a prep / line cook in Montreal. Soon to be a food inspector.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
I´m trying not to squeeze the last drop out of my bank account.
This visit to Guelph implies a round trip bus ride Montreal-Guelph-Montreal and the cost of the course I´ll be attending.
Hopefully I can avoid staying at a hotel, pay less than 150$/night and have someone to talk to (or at least ask directions to)..
Intereses
*Food processing (not just flipping burgers... it´s also about how to store, transport and preserve what we eat).
*Linux (far from being an expert, but both laptops I own run Ubuntu).
*Taking pictures (using my phone... some are kept, some are deleted).
