I'm a 20 year old Cuban but live in Miami. I love the outdoors and often spend time in parks and open spaces. I'm a very active person so i love break dancing, and martial arts. I also enjoy intellectual activities such as reading( specially if is philosophy related.) I currently study Philosophy at Miami Dade College.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I look forward to travel extensively in the future, therefore i see couch surfing as a resource and a way to make my future traveling experience more rich, getting to meet people and the local cultures more in depth.

Interests

Mm no pro myself but i have spent i few years of my life on it and is one of the activities i enjoy the most. Third martial arts, i have practice martial arts since Im a little kid and it has made my life so much easy and enjoyable, it has though me much about myself and the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music i listen to everything i try to see the best in all things, and to appreciate cultures within the best of my abilities but if a i have to chose a music style that i prefer i would have to say that its is house and electronic dance music. Movies Interstellar i really love it. But i can actually sit to watch almost about anything I'm very open minded. Books to be honest if it is not a philosophy book i have a hard time reading it, but that doesn't mean that i wont try my best.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm a Cuban immigrant currently living in the United States. I'm very proud of it and of the hard work and trial that me and my family had to go through in order to reach where we are. Besides that i believe that everything you do that gives meaning to your life and allows you to enjoy it and make the best out of it is amazing. Whether it is traveling, or dancing or anything that reaches your soul is amazing and worth doing.

Teach, Learn, Share

As i said i currently study philosophy, I'm very open minded so any knowledge i believe is useful knowledge. For the teaching part i barely have some experience except for tutoring that i have done in certain philosophy classes, at my college and some dance lessons that i given to kids.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As of right now my situation inst the best therefore i don't have much to share, besides my friendship and some stories. But i look forward in the future to help other people travel, more efficiently.
