Hey! My name is Carlos and I'm 20. I came from Zaragoza, an amazing city in a beautiful land called Aragón but I'm currently living in Madrid because of my studies. Since I was young, my biggest dream has been travelling around the world and meeting new people and cultures. I consider myself an open-minded, helpful and friendly person. My current mission is meeting new people across the board and travelling around Europe as much as possible. Pursuit of happiness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well... Why not? I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to meet new people, to discover new cultures and to have friends in different countries. This is the best way to fulfil it. I think there are lots of new experiences waiting for me in the future and many people for sharing them I haven't met yet.

Make friends with people who aren't your age. Hang out with people whose first language isn't the same as yours. Get to know someone who doesn't come from your social class. This is how you see the world. This is how you grow.

Interests

I'm studying Integral Design and Image Management so therefore I enjoy everything related to it such as interior or graphic design. In the future I would love to be an interior designer. I also love raving, going to music festivals with my friends, sharing some beers, visiting museums, discovering new cultures and lifestyles... Learning new languages is another of my passions.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly love techno, dark techno and electronic music... Right now I've been exploring new music genres as electro swing. Each moment has its own song so it depends on the mood. In terms of movies I really enjoyed "My Name is Harvey Milk" but I prefer watching series on Netflix, and sorry, I'm not a reading lover hahaha.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving alone to Hastings for some months when I was 17, crossing Portugal from North to South backpacking in ten days with my friends, Inter Rail in Italy... Meeting new people from every corner of the world and sharing with them unique experiences was great!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Spanish, how to cook Spanish food or relevant designing things. I want to learn about you come from, tell me some cool things. I love speaking with people or discuss about current topics, so deep conversations you're welcome! Sharing smiles, funny moments or a simple beer in a terracce... I enjoy little things that life offers us!

I can offer hosts my culture, traditions, gastronomy... good moments, fun and smiles. A lot of great histories and knowledge.

Also I make good pasta and Thai food! ;)
