I recommend you to visit in this area the waterfall(las yayas, chorros de Ola, aguas blancas or chorro tabida), beach( farallon or santa clara), el valle de Anton( an inactive Volcano) Membrillal( to see how the locals make the Panamenian hat or Sombrero Pintado) and a little walk in Penonome, the capital of the pronvice of Cocle and the geographic center of Panama.
