I am Portuguese because I happened to be born in this piece of land. But I am a citizen of the world and I want to see all of my real home land: Earth.
I am practical. I am a fan of sun but I don't say no to a rainy day to go ride bike or to go swim in the beach. I am a fan of a good conversation and a good laugh.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently moved to a new house with more space and with a nice couch to share with travelers of good spirit.
Since I travel sometimes (for example weekends) and I have to travel in work sometimes too, my couch won't be available always. But the interested people may simply say when they will be around and I will answer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been with some travelers to show Lisbon or other areas around.
I have been hosted by a very nice person from Frankfurt, Germany.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have ran in the Carlos Lopes Gold Marathon of Lisbon in 2005. The preparation wasn't the best, I should say (consequence of inexperience). And although the first 25km went perfectly (I passed lots of people... again, inexperience and too much confidence ihihih), my legs and feet decided not to help anymore after that. Anyway, and in spite of the cramps on the legs and bubbles on my feet, I walked the 17 next kilometers. I wouldn't give up. It was not easy and I think of it as one of the most painful experiences of my life :D but I love to remember it! It was also my very first time I participated in a long race and I was 20 years old at the time (clearly the youngest one around). After that I decided to go on with running but I only participate in half-marathons now ihihih much easier.

Other thing that I want to mention is the fact that I have been 4 times in the final of a general culture contest in national television. In the 5th episode I has more than 150k euros which I (uhuhuh) wasn't able to take with me waaaah. Still, for a whole week I was the main character in prime time in TV here :D I liked the experience.

Just one more thing, short, and just funny, not so much amazing :D I ended in 5th place in lortsysyonnin World Championship in 2006 in Savonlinna, Finland.
