About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To take my baby girl Juniper everywhere on our planet.
ABOUT ME
Hello, I was born in Sydney Australia to two beautiful parents who came here from Central América. My dad worked on ships from Panamá and my mum picked coffee beans from Costa Rica.
I grew up around boats so I love all things aquatic.
I am lucky because my parents took me around the world
since before I was born. I was almost born in Indonesia!
I want to take my baby girl JUNIPER SIRIUS and her beautiful mummy, Rebecca Ruby everywhere!
Rebecca and I are both performing artists. I'm a singer and conga player, though lately I've been playing drums doing jazz gigs to make more money. Rebecca was street performing as a mime near Sydney's Opera House until Juniper was born.
We want to visit the world and hope to meet lots of interesting people so Juniper can see how beautiful everyone is!
PHILOSOPHY
To give you an account of a single personal philosophy would be an insurmountable task. I'd say that the philosophies I practice are universal rather than personal. I must premise, though, that a mantra I heard lately sounds pretty cool: "It's easier to get forgiveness than permission."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We live on a farm on a river 90 minutes from Sydney.
We can offer a couch indoors for two or tents outdoors for several people (if you like kangaroos and wombats!)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Well, from couchsurfing, we have no experience, but we have extensive experience, both Rebecca and I, in traveling and staying in houses with people we've only just met!
Interests
- coffee
- traveling
- jazz

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm flexible with books and movies. With music i guess I'm a little stiff and only really enjoy music that stimulates me and keeps my ears free from boredom. Jazz, Latin jazz, Afro Cuban folklorico and the marriage of the same.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Gosh. Where do i start?
Teach, Learn, Share
Did you know you can sharpen your kitchen knifes on the bottom of a china coffee mug? My friend joanna taught me that.
