About Me

Current Mission

To keep creating, learning, and sharing stories while exploring the world. From mountain hikes to back-alley food stalls, from filming documentaries to late-night street music jams—every city brings something new to discover.

About Me

I’m Carl, an Australian filmmaker, musician, and street performer who’s been traveling the world for over a decade. I’ve lived on houseboats, in Berlin apartments, and now split my time between Europe and Asia (most recently Japan, Vietnam, and Bali).

I’ve produced three feature films (including Busking for Berlin) and I’m currently working on my fourth—an immersive documentary about martial arts. This means I’m spending a lot of time training, learning about discipline and movement, and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. So if you’re into fitness, martial arts, or just an active lifestyle, that’s definitely a plus—we’ll have plenty to share.

Alongside filmmaking, I’ve performed music on the streets of Berlin, created music videos, and traveled through more than 40 countries and 150 cities. What inspires me most are the conversations and spontaneous connections along the way.

I love nature, swimming, historic architecture, exploring hidden corners of cities, and creating art. If you’re a little unusual, curious, or adventurous, we’ll probably click.

Philosophy
Live life to the fullest—you only get one. Be kind to others, and they’ll return it.
