About Me

In 2010 I left my home in Mexico to attend New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM USA. I was there 3 years where I graduated high school and did one year of college.

In 2013 I moved to Albuqerque, NM USA to attend the University of New Mexico.

In 2015 I did a semester abroad in Heidelberg, Germany without knowing any German. At the time it was the biggest adventure of my life and it was a unique learning experience full of ups and downs.

In 2017 I graduated from the University of New Mexico and got my B.A in Sociology and Psychology. Due to one many things that were going on at the time, I went back to Mexico.

Now in 2018 I took another leap of faith by coming to France with a one way ticket to try and join the French Foreign Legion. I was there for a week when they told me I didn't make it in and I could come back to try again in 3 months.

I believe things happen for a reason. I believe that this is how things were meant to happen from the start. Even though I have no plan and not in the best situation, I believe that it was all meant to be for me to find my way in this world.

Over the last 8 years I've met people from different parts of the world. I like to think that when we meet someone and talk even if it's a brief conversation, we gain something from them. I've encountered kindness from strangers when I needed it the most and all I want is to pay that kindness forward.

We all have a story to tell, let's trade stories over a drink :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I haven't had the best cards dealt to me, but to sit and complain about circumstances that are out of your control is useless. Things are going to happen no matter what so might as well try to get the best out of it. Anger and fear are heavy on the heart, it's better to let go and try to live with a lighter load on your soul.

Never regret, if it is good then you enjoyed it, if it is bad then it is experience. Regret is unprofessional
