Hello there! We're a new-ish little family with a serious case of wanderlust. We love exploring the country (and world), and even built our own camper to do so! We are slowly visiting all 50 states, making new friends, and seeing the beautiful and diverse nature this country has to offer.

Him (Carlton):
I'm a tinkerer and creator with a never-ending curiosity of how everything works. I'm pretty handy, and can make/fix just about anything.

Her (Domenique):
(She wouldn't write her own, so...) Dom is the sweetheart. She's always thinking of others, spending time with family/friends, and has her hands full raising our little girl. In her (rare) free time, she enjoys Netflix and crafting.

Little Her (Charlotte):
Charlie is our little superstar. She’s fearless, adventurous, and she makes friends with everyone. Her favorite things are dogs, goats, and nature.

I love the diversity found on CS. We have the ability to meet random people from all over the world, welcome them into our homes, and make new friends.

Interessi

We're all over the place! We (Carlton specifically) have too many interests to list. Anything from gardening to machining, remodeling to artistic/crafty stuff, we love it all.

We practice Spanish everyday, and are trying to teach Charlie. Bonus points if you can help us practice!

We're all about traveling/exploring the world. Job flexibility allows us to travel a lot, and spend a lot of time as a family. We love seeing all the beautiful landscapes and parks that the US has to offer. We lived in our camper for 2.5 months, driving around (only part of) the country and visiting family. We're working on covering the rest of the states!

You'll learn something random from us, if you want to. I'm very hands-on, so I can help you design/fix/make just about anything. I've also spent a lot of time learning about improving myself, relationships, cooking, dieting, and much more. I'm happy to share any of it.

Things I'd like to learn: delicious recipes, different cultures, what drives you, unique sports (scuba diving, mountain biking, river rafting), a few more languages, foraging/gardening, you-name-it

I'm a mechanical engineer and Domenique loves business and finance. Aside from our book smarts, we can cook, are quite tidy, and are great conversationalists!

Charlie is guaranteed to bring a smile to just about everyone in the room. She's very nice, fun, and has some piercing blue eyes.
