Overview
About Me
I just finished my master studies, and will continue to live in The Hague. I am an open-minded, artistic person who likes to question things that are perceived as the norm. My eyes notice small details and I am interested in critical design, typography and graphic design.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My wish is to get to know new people and places and converse about interesting subjects. For me, I usually travel for a reason other than sightseeing, and I value simple, socially connecting ways of staying in places which is why I am interested to meet you :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I haven’t seen a lot of popular movies, so I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to famous actors or films. I mostly enjoy (short) films, documentaries, and video art.
Concerning books, I love feminist sci-fi, solar punk, art and design books and try to diversify my book shelf atm.
Music: Yaeji, Peggy Gou, Giegling, Soitchi Terada, HÖR Berlin
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A natural phenomenon that amazed me was the total solar eclipse in 2017. I worked in Canada around that time, and made the trip to the United States see something so beautiful and vibrant as the solar eclipse.
Teach, Learn, Share
When it comes sharing food I am happy to cook a vegan meal together or bake delicious, sweet treats.
As a German native speaker I could teach you German if you're interested in learning. Preferably, we chat about design :) Since I started studying visual communication I’ve dug myself into the world of colours and structures. My focus at the moment: critical research, design, performance.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am happy to bring delicatesses along or cook a vegan meal for you/with you. If you’ve any questions about design related topics feel free to ask me (though I do not consider myself an expert either, but I do enjoy conversing about these and many other topics on a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage). I'm always happy to draw or repair things.
