ABOUT ME

Hello world! My name is Carmen. I'm an easy going, friendly, curious and open minded human being. Lately I haven't been able to stay in one place for very long. I spent the last 5 months living out of a tent and traveling around Colorado doing trail work. Before that I spent a couple months exploring the US on a road trip with a friend. Now I'm headed off to do a 3 month journey around Europe.

I could go on and on but basically I've realized that people are the most important aspect of my life. I would like to foster the relationships and connections I've made and hopefully make more in the future. A little sappy, I know!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never actually used the couch surfing website before. I have slept on a lot of floors and couches. I really like meeting and getting to know new people. There is no travel guide that can match getting tips about a town or city from someone who actually lives there. I love getting an insider's perspective.

Interests

Hiking, camping, backpacking, music, food, good wine, good beer, reading, people, and traveling (obviously). I like to learn new things so chances are I'll be interested in getting to know what interests you too!
