I have just returned to Australia after Europe to work and live for a year. I am very interested in environmental issues and events in the city! I love to dance and appreciate good dancing music from all over the world so if you have suggestions, please!

Currently in Melbourne for the past 7 months, living in an eclectic and cozy suburb above the city close to all the cool surrounding suburbs.
-About 20 min train to the cbd. If you're looking to have a fun time with someone that's somewhere in between a traveler and local, that's me!
I live in a big old house that used to be a Police Station so its got some quirks and a big back yard where we like to have fires and drinks.

As a design and photography graduate, there is something about the art culture and energetic vibe of the city that is always drawing me in.
The markets, the food, the bars; all of the culture of a city comes from the people, and that is why Couchsurfing is so great - it brings people together!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love going different places and meeting new people. I loved backpacking Europe because there is so much culture to experience in such a condensed area; it's amazing to be able to get a taste of so many places without having to go too far and with the available public transport and car sharing.
Now that I've settled a bit I would love to return the favor and host as well as to become a tourist in my own city again.
If you stay with me expect warm people to greet you and lets cook a meal together!

Couchsurfing is AWESOME, I've used it before and have had the most amazing experiences with people whom I still call friends. I lost my old account so now that I am on the move again I am back and ready to surf, and so far have only had really positive experiences. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

NEW ZEALAND is pretty. Pretty AMAZING. Double rainbows and magical experiences everywhere.

Swim the GREAT BARRIER REEF. I mean come on it's on everyone's bucket list!
Any type of wildlife amazes me and leaves me ranting for days, especially the vastness of the oceans

My favorite places I got to backpack through (although it's hard to choose) are probably Croatia and the south of France. :)
