ABOUT ME

hey i am 24 years old. At the moment i am living in Greifswald -translated: G-wood. It's a lovely small city, with nice and cosy bars, a pretty port and great spot for barbeque and a cold drink. Additional to that the beach isnt far away!!! Greifswald is a youngh city, majority of inhabitants are stundets, so you can be sure that there are many intersting cultural activietes. I'm studying there, too. I have five minutes walk to the beach. So you have a lot of possibilities for beach activities, for example - surfing:D
One of my hobbies is of cause traveling to get in touch with other cultures and people. My favorite traveling-destinations is asia. I'm so impressed by religion and the great importance of spiritualty in their life. Its so different to our society and daily rountine. Im looking forward for the next backpacker trip to another foreign spot in the world to open my mind, meet new friends, and get closer to the understanding of other cultures.

Furthermore my friends and my sister are one of the most important things in my life. I spend a lot of time with them, dancing on festivals during summer time, traveling arround the world or just sitting together in the evening chatting, enjoying life.

PHILOSOPHY

my most important philosophy: "hakuna matata" life is too short and too valuably! So use your time, go arround and meet new people, cultures and so one. Spend the time with people you like and taskes you want to do!!!
second philosophy: If you arnt crazy, you can not be normal:P !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

my task here: providing a couch and surfing other couches.
I have a great apartment with a big (and a little bit messy living room) But there stands a comfortable couch in there. So every guest is welcome. Come and visit Greifswald and I will show you the best and most worth seeing places.
Additional I'm looking for a place to spend a night, during my "round-the-world trip". So I want either meet open minded people, hear intersting stories and see worthseeing places, which are hided for tourist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveld to KTM in Nepal and worked in a hospital für one month. There I recogniced poverty and need of nepali people. Although these people dont have our living standard their are happy, I think happier than a lot of peoply in western countries. I wish everyone to see and understand their meaning of live. ITs such a welcoming and warmhearded society. I definitivly recommend everyone to travel to Nepal and meet the wonderfull and freindly people there and hike trough the breathtaking environment.
