Sobre Mim

CURRENT MISSION

Learnin' and lovin'

ABOUT ME

I like to laugh! I enjoy meeting new people and learning about people's interests and passions.

I try to be thankful for every day that I have. It's easy to idolize times that aren't repetitive or "work" but I try to remember to be grateful for the gift of that day and find some way to love and make even a small part of it beautiful.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I lived in TN my roommates and I hosted several people and had all positive experiences. I have surfed twice now and have had very positive experiences both times and look forward to participating in CS more!

Interesses

I spend my free time hanging out with friends, reading, eating meals with friends and family, playing guitar, surfing the web, laughing, traveling when I can, gardening, and learning to love God and others more!

-One Hundred Years of Solitude, Gabriel Garcia Marquez

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

1. Traveled to Quetico, Canada for an 8-day wilderness canoe and portage trip. Favorite travel experience, hands down. Saw some beautiful sunsets over the lakes there.
2. Spending any afternoon in Calhoun, TN cliff-jumping in the Ocoee River with friends.
3. Talking the morning away with an 11-year old orphan boy named Yan Carlos in a state-run institution in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. He forever left an impression on me.
