COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Connecting with and learning about local people is the most rewarding part of seeing the world. I cherish some long-term friends I have met during my travels (alas, pre the web and couchsurfing.)

Interests

Most days I take a brisk walk on one of many local trails. I enjoy traveling, listening to music, seeing independent and documentary films, and ethnic eateries. Currently I chair a local nonprofit serving seniors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Through my travels I have been captivated by Hindu rituals along the Ganges and whales off the coast of Maui. I've enjoyed the serenity of Japanese gardens and temples, and felt the power of Iguacu Falls.
