My husband Alex and I just moved to New Haven, where he is doing his medical residency and I am planning a bike share. We both love going for bike rides and walks around the neighborhood, generally being outdoors, and of course cuddling our pets. I'm also really into writing, reading, and gardening, and he likes talking about philosophy and politics and rock climbing.

We grew up in Michigan and have lived recently in Detroit, Ypsilanti, and Ann Arbor.

Due to our tiny apartment we are unable to host, but love meeting people and hanging out. Carolyn has more free time than Alex :)

I got into CS through my social circle a few years back and stayed with wonderful hosts in Milwaukee, Kalamazoo, and Marquette. I also relied quite a bit on the CS community when I was in Spain for a few months and needed support.

Alex has been hosting with me since we got started with CS again earlier in 2015. He enjoys making new friends and loves the CS community
